Over the past two decades, the world has witnessed radical transformations in its economic, social, and cultural structures, driven by rapid technological progress and the emergence of artificial intelligence technologies as a revolutionary factor shaping the future. These transformations have become more evident with the growing role of big data, machine learning, and comprehensive digital transformation, which now poses unprecedented challenges for countries, institutions, and individuals, particularly in developing human capabilities and preparing them for effective participation in the knowledge economy. This research aims to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on human capital development and the enhancement of individual capabilities amidst the ongoing digital transformations. The study presents how modern AI technologies can boost human competencies and their role in building knowledge-based societies, improving performance across various fields like education, healthcare, and industry. Additionally, the research discusses how AI can be leveraged to create a digital human capital capable of adapting to the rapid changes in the global labor market. The methodology adopted involves an analytical approach through a review of previous literature and the study of practical experiences from leading countries in AI implementation. In conclusion, the research offers recommendations on promoting AI use in education and training to prepare individuals for future digital challenges.
