Abstract

This research aims to focus on creating a new digitization process that works on preserving and documenting heritage dynamically through the adoption of one of the international standards , the standard (CIDOC-CRM) ISO 21127, which provides definitions and a formal structure for the description and documentation of heritage and artistic materials, in order to establish the principles of measurement and ensure accuracy and quality in the process of describing heritage materials in their various forms and enable participation and use in a way Legitimate and easy to ensure the documentation and archiving of heritage memory and its long-term, and not seizing it, and the extent to which this affects the development of collective awareness to preserve and develop that heritage memory , using the descriptive and analytical approach in order to access models and mechanisms to provide data on heritage and archaeological and artistic materials, and identify cultural property to facilitate its preservation and conservation.
This resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: Updating the concept of protection and preservation of heritage and archaeological materials in line with international standards. Extracting digital tools for documenting, transmitting and exchanging heritage with methodological and scientific principles that ensure its protection.
The research recommends: Developing the skills of workers in the field of documentation and preservation of heritage and working on issuing a scientific guide that adopts a comprehensive classification of heritage, both fixed and movable, and how to digitize it,
