The current study aimed to reveal the reality of using virtual reality in vocational training programs at the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” from the point of view of trainers. To achieve this goal, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting information after verifying its validity and reliability. The study population was represented by all employees of the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who numbered (250) workers, and the study sample consisted of (152) individuals from the original community. The study reached the following results: The sample members are neutral regarding the reality of using virtual reality in vocational training programs at the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf”, as the arithmetic mean of the study sample’s answers to the total number of the first axis was (2.01), which indicates a degree of (neutral) approval, while They agree on the challenges facing the use of virtual reality in vocational training programs at the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf”, as the arithmetic average of the sum of the second axis statements reached (2.22) with a degree of (Agree). , the study recommended the necessity of activating virtual reality in vocational training programs at the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" and overcoming the obstacles and challenges that hinder this, and activating social media by trainers and officials as one of the ways to spread awareness among trainees about the importance of using virtual reality in training.
