Abstract

The current study aimed to reveal the administrative and technical difficulties facing primary school principals in the city of Riyadh in light of the digital transformation, and to identify proposals to overcome the difficulties facing primary school principals in the city of Riyadh in light of the digital transformation. The study used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of (234) principals in primary schools in the city of Riyadh. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study to collect primary data. The study reached a number of the following results:
The study sample members agreed to a high degree on the topic of administrative difficulties facing primary school principals in light of digital transformation. The overall average for the axis was (4.01), with a standard deviation of (0.48). The most important administrative difficulties, with the highest percentage of approval, were weak financial allocations for modernizing school equipment, with an average of (4.24), and a standard deviation of (0.68), and the weakness of the necessary infrastructure (Devices and networks) for implementing digital transformation with an average of (4.21) and a standard deviation of (0.68). The study sample members agreed to a high degree on the topic of Technical Difficulties facing primary school principals in light of digital transformation.
