Abstract

Artificial intelligence is a rapidly developing field and has the ability to revolutionize various industries, including libraries and information centers, in recent years artificial intelligence has gained great attention and has become a powerful tool for automating tasks, improving efficiency and enhancing user experiences, and libraries are considered one of the most important institutions that contribute to spreading knowledge and promoting education and culture in society, and with the emergence of artificial intelligence technologies, new opportunities have emerged to develop library services in a way that contributes to achieving the goals of sustainable development, and this study aims to Explore how to support AI applications in the development of library services to achieve sustainable development, Therefore, the study seeks to identify the features and characteristics of artificial intelligence techniques, and to monitor the most important artificial intelligence techniques appropriate in providing information services in libraries to achieve the goals of sustainable development, while highlighting the extent to which libraries benefit from the artificial intelligence revolution in the field of information services, and revealing the future prospects of artificial intelligence technologies in providing information services in libraries to support the goals of sustainable development.
