Abstract

This article is a report for: The First Conference by Arab Institution of Knowlege Management that held in Bibliotheca Alexandrina with title: "The Role of Digital Transformation and AI Applications in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals in the Arab Region (MENA)" during 2- 3 September 2024, this conference came in partnership with the IFLA Regional Committee for the Middle East and North Africa (IFLA – MENA). and this report seeks to be an accurate documentation of the topics of the conference that it addressed, as well as it attempts to provide adequate coverage of all aspects and events of the conference, including the scientific workshop that took place on the sidelines of the conference the day before its opening and came with title: "Measuring and Evaluating the Impact of Libraries in Society", and the opening session and the opening of the accompanying exhibition. It also covered the topics of the eight scientific sessions held, including scientific sessions parallel to some of the sessions and mentions the recommendations that came out of the conference.
